Any out of hour’s actions are at the discretion of Happy Pettings and the request can be cancelled also.

Boarding Agreement

Please note that you will be required to make a 100% deposit/advance payment to confirm the booking. Full payment is expected for all services at the time of check in (Boarding, Day care and Grooming).

Check in time is 10:00 AM.
Check out time is 10:00 AM.
Check out after 10:00 AM will be charged as one additional day of boarding.
Pet must be dropped off and picked up within the advertised operating hours of Happy Pettings.
Any out-of-hours actions are at the discretion of Happy Pettings and the request can be cancelled (Check-in and Check-out before 08:00 AM and after 08:00 PM).

Owner agrees to be financially responsible for Happy Pettings property damaged by Pet.

Reasonable costs for damage will be payable upon checkout for Pet.

Owner agrees to pay all costs and charges for special services requested, plus all veterinary expenses deemed appropriate by Happy Pettings for Pet during the time it is in the Happy Petting’s care. Happy Pettings shall attempt to contact Owner before incurring such veterinary services as may be required by Pet’s health and/or behavior.

Owner agrees to sign a separate agreement for old age pets that may require special care and service during their boarding atHappy Pettings. Happy Pettings shall exercise reasonable care for Pet delivered by Owner to Happy Pettings for boarding. The Owner further agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behavior of said Pet while it is in the care of the Happy Pettings. Pet’s found to be aggressive or likely to escape will not be accepted in Happy Pettings.Happy Pettings is not responsible in case a pet acts aggressive towards the care givers /management and escapes or runs away from the facility. Happy Pettings advises all owners to ensure their pets are wearing id tags/ collars with name tags with their full details.

Due to the social nature of our Happy Pettings, there are some inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to transfer of communicable diseases such as Canine Papilloma virus (Puppy Warts), Canine Cough and Feline Upper Respiratory Infection. Injuries may include, but are not limited to broken nails, sore feet, puncture wounds, abrasions and cuts. These injuries are generally benign and can usually be managed by our staff or at home. In some cases, veterinary care may be required. Owner specifically represents to Happy Pettings that Pet has not been exposed to rabies or distemper within a thirty-day period prior to boarding. Happy Pettings requires proof of current Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella vaccinations. We require a Bordetella vaccination every six (6) months. The Bordetella vaccine is not 100% effective. It is recommended that it be given to your dog at least two (2) weeks prior to Pet’s arrival date to increase efficacy. Happy Pettings makes no guarantees in regards to the Bordetella vaccine. All pets are checked for external parasites (fleas/ticks) upon entry to the facility. If any external parasites are found, they will be treated accordingly and Owner will be responsible for those expenses.

If Pet becomes ill or if Pet’s behavior is endangering itself, humans, or other animals, Happy Pettings, in its sole discretion, may engage the services of a veterinarian. All attempts will be made to contact the Owner of the Pet first; however, in the event of an extreme emergency, the well being of the Pet comes first. Medication will be administered as necessary under the direction of a veterinarian. The undersigned Owner hereby gives the veterinarian complete authority to treat Pet in whatever manner deemed necessary. Owner will be responsible for all veterinary charges upon release of the Pet. Owner also gives full authority for the treating veterinarian and their associates to discuss with Happy Pettings any aspect of any illness or injury thatHappy Pettings has presented for treatment.

Owner authorizes Happy Pettings to use pictures of their Pet taken while participating in Happy Pettings activities on its website and in other promotional materials.

By signing this Agreement and leaving Pet with the Happy Pettings, Owner certifies to the accuracy of all information given about Pet to the best of their knowledge. Owner specifically represents that he or she is the sole owner of Pet.

By signing this Agreement, Owner indicates that he or she has read and accepted all policies listed in this agreement.
